Well, I just found the new goals option on Zaadz.  I added my top 4 goals for 2006, which I just finished determining via Tony Robbins free workbook, The Power of Momentum.  Nice!

I see that Zaadz has added an archive to the right-hand side of their blogging section.  That's great...  I still haven't figured how (if at all) I'd like to use this Zaadz Blog.  Hmmm, I'll need to think about this one for a bit...

As I mentioned before, I entered my Zaadz Goals in the new Goals feature.  At first, I thought, "hmmm, this is kinda neat."  Now, after seeing a bunch of my friends goals (see Lyon's for a great example) I'm totally pumped... 

I've already seen how sharing goals, or having similar goals with another person, and being able to connect those dots (even in an online community) and then begin supporting one another, is massively valueable.  I saw that my good buddy has a goal to Meditate 2 Hours Daily, just like me.  Since we live near one another I've already proposed ways of having us keep that committment.  Like weight-lifting partners, we can have meditation partners, or blogging partners, or whatever...  Very cool.  Maybe not completely novel, but I think it has potential!

I took my Zaadz Goals and expounded on them on my blog site.  I've designed a sort of "meta-strategy" for how to constantly update my strategy, remain focused, and determine what it means to succeed on each of these goals.  I'll be posting more on my site about the particulars of my strategies which each of my 2006 goals.

Since Brian is all into "fluffy" terminology now, I figured I'd share with him (and the other Zaadzsters) the origin and meaning of this super-rich term.  It all started on a park bench near the Catacombs pool hall in the summer of 04' where Mel and I were discussing the vast overuse of the term "integral."  I was explaining to him that I was sick and tired of hearing integral This and integral That.  Nothing like burning a good word out, ya know?  So we decided we were going to make up a new word that could effectively replace the term integral.  And what did we decide on?  Fluffy...!  Why?  Because as I'd mentioned before the word integral was starting to cause me full blown fits of rage, and because we wanted to bring a little bit of humor and lightness to what is often such a stodgy and serious subject.  So, here we were on this park bench, using the word fluffy as if it were the most normal thing in the world. 

Then of course Mel began to popularize the term in his blog, without giving any explanation of history or context (cause that's what Mel does), and it has now reached the Zaadzstream.  May the vision of fluffy be fully realized, and may we choose to take ourselves and the intricate maps of reality a little less seriously, cause dudes, I'm here to live a fluffy life, not to talk about it.  ;)

I have del.icio.us-ized Zaadz, and it looks like I'm one of about 17 or so...  I'm sure that number will only grow.  Speaking of del.icio.us, I added a new bookmarks section to my blog, re-designed it, and re-named it!  It's still at vincenthorn.com, but has changed back to Numinous Nonsense.  Version 2.0 of course...
